Helping you heal from Trauma and PANDAS/PANS so you can reclaim safety, resilience, and balance.
Trauma, EMDR, and PANDAS/PANS Therapy in New York State
Evidence-Based Care for All Ages
Does it feel like you’re trying to hold everything together while no one really understands how hard it is?
When every day feels like survival mode.
You’ve spent so long trying to keep things stable—at work, at home, in your relationships—that you barely remember what calm feels like.
Maybe your mind and body are always on alert, waiting for the next wave of worry, sadness, or anger.
Or maybe you’re doing your best to support a child whose emotions, OCD, or rage can shift overnight, leaving your whole family walking on eggshells.
You’ve researched, tried strategies, and told yourself to stay strong—but it’s exhausting.
You may feel isolated and unseen, even by people who want to help.
And while you know healing is possible, you’re not sure where to start or how to calm the chaos.
You’re ready for things to feel different—safer, steadier, and more manageable for you and the people you love.
I believe everyone can heal.
Things can be different than the way they are today.
With 25 years of experience as a child, family, and trauma therapist, I help children, teens, adults, and parents move from survival mode toward safety, connection, and balance.
When working with trauma survivors, I focus on EMDR and DBT to help clients process painful memories, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with a sense of calm and self-trust.
When working with families affected by PANDAS/PANS, I use SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), and Collaborative Problem Solving to help children, teens, and parents reduce anxiety, manage OCD and rage, and rebuild steadier, more connected home dynamics once medical treatment is in place.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel when anxiety, trauma, or inflammation-driven symptoms seem to take over your life or your family. My goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to heal—at your own pace.
I specialize in helping people heal from Trauma and in supporting families affected by PANDAS/PANS.
Below, you’ll find how I approach each—so you know what to expect and how I can help.
